Must Have Monday: Culinary Lavender

Monday is here, and another Must Have Monday is FRESH.

So here’s the deal. This week’s tip is beyond amazing and I don’t know how I didn’t try it myself until just last week. So you seriously need to grab it like NOW. This weekend was all the better because I had it in my life. ALSO this weekend I tried f-factor’s NO CALORIE risotto. Just sliding in an extra tip this week, because you have to try it. Head over to their site to get the deets.

Back to business. The must have this week is CULINARY LAVENDER... aka dried lavender and it takes just about everything you make to the next level. To be completely transparent here I just got this on Friday and have already made 3 things with it over the weekend. So basically you can’t live without it. Get yours here!

I’ll be sharing some recipes to show you exactly how I’ve been using the lavender, but in the meantime, head over to my Pinterest to see all the delish lavender recipes I’ve been pinning. If you don’t already follow me, you’re missing out. I’m always sharing the perfect blend of healthy but DELISH recipes to keep you movin’ through the week. But for full disclosure, I mostly share cocktails. But who is really surprised about that? Life is about balance. One green smoothie, one mojito. I’m the prime example of health obviously.

There’s some seriously great stuff coming this week that you don’t want to miss! Most importantly, I’m getting you prepped for Valentine’s Day.

PS – you still have TWO MORE DAYS to enter my Valentine’s party box giveaway over on my Instagram. To see everything that I’m sending off to one lucky follower, read this post about the giveaway. Get in that entry and start crossing your fingers.

That’s all for now, party starters! Have a FAB week.

Cheers,

Casey
